We are seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial senior lawyer to join our dynamic Legal department as a Legal Counsel Commercial. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic counsel across the organization, elevating our legal support and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert legal advice to senior management and various departments on complex legal matters
  • Assess the legal implications of business initiatives, contracts, and policies, ensuring alignment with our organization's objectives
  • Lead litigation cases, managing external counsel involvement and ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, regulators, courts, government agencies, and external legal counsel
  • Stay informed about legal developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting our organization
What We're Looking For:
  • Fully qualified lawyer with 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel
  • Experience in international transport and logistics is a plus
  • Ability to work with others and independently, with strong critical thinking and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with all departments across different countries and with external parties
  • Fluency in English; fluency in German is preferred but not required. Other languages are a plus
  • Business-oriented and result-driven attitude, with problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
