Transforming Logistics with Strategic Legal Expertise

sennder, a pioneering digital freight forwarder, is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to spearhead its commercial and transport law initiatives. As a key member of the Legal department, you will provide strategic counsel to senior management and various departments, driving business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business expansion and risk management
  • Provide expert advice on commercial agreements, contracts, and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Lead litigation cases, collaborating with external counsel as needed
  • Interface with stakeholders, including executive management, regulators, and external parties
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and legal developments impacting the organization
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified lawyer with 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel
  • Experience in international transport and logistics is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Fluency in English; fluency in German is preferred but not required
  • Business-oriented and result-driven attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement
