Sales Financial Analyst

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Ensure the strategic, controlled, and effective utilization of financial assets through transparent analysis to proactively support business decision-making processes while maintaining robust internal controls.
Evaluate and project financial, economic, and other relevant data to deliver precise and timely insights regarding sales performance, facilitating both strategic and operational decisions. Collaborate closely with various departments to oversee budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both immediate and long-term planning, instilling accountability within the business. Uphold the integrity of dynamic planning processes (Integrated Business Planning, forecasting, budgeting, Strategic Business Planning) and the monthly closing in alignment with corporate processes and objectives. Generate clarity regarding business performance by analyzing and contrasting data from diverse information sources. Facilitate effective communication with all key stakeholders across a wide range of interfaces. Identify critical issues and opportunities, draw insightful conclusions, and offer innovative recommendations and solutions. Cultivate a valued business partnership through objective and comprehensive controlling support. Deliver accurate, timely, and in-depth financial analysis and other ad-hoc reporting to Senior and Local Management. Provide financial insights to business partners to aid in making informed business decisions and achieving sustainable growth and profitability. Assist in the development and execution of innovative process enhancements and best practices, while exploring ways to streamline current financial management processes and analytical tools. Demonstrate initiative in creatively addressing new topics, proactively driving and analyzing related business processes. Ensure the seamless operation of daily business activities by taking ownership of relevant actions.Key Processes & KPIs

Cluster/Zone Central Finance Team (Finance Directors, Senior Leadership Team, Directors, peers) Local Commercial teams (Sales, Brand, Account Operations) FP&A European including FP&A Cluster Hub Global Business ServicesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with a solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and proficient financial statement analysis skills. High level of customer focus. Ability to independently manage a variety of tasks with varying complexity by developing effective plans and organizing work efficiently. Goal-oriented approach, prioritizing and completing tasks based on their significance. Capacity to think critically and not settle for initial answers. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree (Diploma/Master) in business administration with a concentration in Finance/Controlling 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the field-
