Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team in West Germany. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our product portfolio, negotiating contracts, and closing sales to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our product portfolio and negotiate contracts to drive sales performance.
- Deliver portfolio presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Enter all activities, opportunities, and related information into our CRM system on a daily basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and forecasting.
- Monitor performance and devise corrective action plans with the Country Manager as needed.
Requirements
- Technical qualification, degree, or equivalent in Laboratory Medicine, Biology, or Biotechnology.
- Proven successful sales experience in a similar market environment.
- Excellent German and fluent English language skills.
- Clean driving license.
- Ability to travel 80% in Germany and occasional European travel.
