About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Developer to join our team as a Technical Lead. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of front-end applications using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Figma, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React or Angular.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of 5 developers, consisting of long-standing experts and young professionals, to focus on important topics and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Senior Role in the Project: Lead development projects to ensure that schedules and quality standards are met and expanded.
  • Capacity Planning & Recruiting: Place team members in suitable project compositions and support recruiting efforts.
  • Quality Management: Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines in all projects.
  • Team Development: Mentor and further develop team members through regular development meetings.
Requirements
  • Drive for Leadership Topics: Experience in leadership and a drive to take on new challenges.
  • Experience in Front-End Development: Proven experience in developing front-end applications using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Figma, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Agile Methodology Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and processes.
