Senior Front End Developer

At NEXT Data Service AG, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to join our team. As a Senior Front End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of front-end applications using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Figma, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical leadership: Lead a team of 5 developers in focusing on important topics and technologies.
  • Senior role in the project: Lead development projects to ensure schedules and quality standards are met and expanded.
  • Capacity planning & recruiting: Place team members in suitable project compositions and support recruiting.
  • Quality management: Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines with the team in all projects.
  • Team development: Mentor and further develop team members through regular development meetings.

Requirements:

  • Drive for leadership topics: Not just hitting the keys, but also gaining experience in leadership.
  • Experience in the development of front-end applications: With technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Figma, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Agile methodology knowledge: In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and processes.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German (at least C1) and English, both verbal and written.
