Lead Front End Developer

Join NEXT Data Service AG, a leading provider of data-driven services, as a Lead Front End Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of front-end applications using cutting-edge technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Figma, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.

About the Role

  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with a team of 5 experts and young professionals to focus on key topics and drive innovation.
  • Senior Role in the Project: Lead development projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Capacity Planning & Recruiting: Place team members in suitable project compositions and support recruiting efforts.
  • Quality Management: Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines across all projects.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members through regular development meetings.

Requirements

  • Drive for Leadership Topics: Experience in leadership and a drive to take on new challenges.
  • Front-End Development Experience: Proven experience in developing front-end applications with technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, Figma, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Agile Methodology Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of agile development methodologies and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German (C1) and English, both verbal and written.
