In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the CEO of EOS Holding GmbH. As the head of the Compliance division, you will lead a team of experts and collaborate closely with international colleagues. The Compliance department serves as the primary liaison to our executive board and subsidiaries, addressing all matters related to group-wide compliance strategies, audits, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Compliance Development: Responsible for shaping and advancing the international compliance management framework and establishing effective monitoring systems.
  • Advisory Role: Provide guidance to the executive management team on compliance issues and prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory bodies.
  • Audit Oversight: Manage and execute international compliance audits and evaluations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify compliance risks, develop and enforce compliance policies, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Training Supervision: Oversee regular training initiatives to ensure compliance with current legal requirements.
  • Team Development: Lead and nurture a team of professionals at the headquarters, conducting performance assessments and fostering staff growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and synergy.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A completed legal education as a fully qualified attorney from a recognized institution is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Background: Several years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Expertise: Extensive knowledge in corporate compliance, preferably within the finance or debt collection sectors.
  • Global Collaboration: Willingness to engage in international operations and elevate group-wide compliance standards.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in German is advantageous but not mandatory.
