In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the CEO of EOS Holding GmbH. As the leader of the Compliance division, you will oversee a dedicated team of professionals and collaborate closely with international colleagues. The Compliance department serves as the primary liaison to our executive board and subsidiaries, addressing all matters related to global compliance strategies, audits, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Compliance Development: Responsible for shaping and advancing the international compliance management framework and establishing effective monitoring systems.
  • Advisory Role: Provide expert guidance to the executive management team on compliance issues and prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory bodies.
  • International Audits: Manage and execute compliance audits and assessments across various regions.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify compliance risks, formulate and implement policies, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Training Oversight: Supervise the execution of compliance training programs to ensure they align with current legal requirements.
  • Leadership Development: Lead and nurture a team of compliance professionals, conducting regular performance evaluations and fostering professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and synergy.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A completed qualification as a fully licensed attorney from a recognized institution is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in a leadership role within the compliance sector.
  • Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of corporate compliance, preferably within the finance or debt collection industries.
  • Global Collaboration: A commitment to working internationally and enhancing compliance standards across the organization.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in German is advantageous but not mandatory.
