Fire Alarm Dispatcher

U.S. Army Europe and Africa is seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to emergency calls, dispatching fire and emergency services, and coordinating with local authorities to ensure a swift and effective response to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and respond to emergency calls, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical incidents
- Dispatch fire and emergency services, including fire trucks, ambulances, and other emergency vehicles
- Coordinate with local authorities, including police and emergency services, to ensure a swift and effective response to emergencies
- Monitor and respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and other critical incidents
- Maintain accurate records of emergency responses and incidents
- Minimum Basic Requirements: Applicants must have E&T Level I (completed lower secondary school / Hauptschulabschluss) PLUS German certification as basic fire fighter (abgeschlossene Feuerwehrgrundausbildung, gemaess Feuerwehrdienstvorschrift 2 (FwDV2))
- Language Proficiency Level: English Language Proficiency Level AND German Language Proficiency Level C1 required
- Valid German driver's license class B
- Office Automation skills required
