About the Role

Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our expert Customer Service/Order Management team in either Amersham, UK or Dreieich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrate exceptional data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data.
  • Ensure accurate pricing updates in the ERP system.
  • Track orders to delivery, resolve delivery issues, and strive for continuous improvement of On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics.
  • Participate in daily Visual Daily Management meetings with the team to drive improvements in key metrics and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent experience with multiple years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced Order Management role.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and CRM systems like SFDC, as well as MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to effectively review and understand sales agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with EDI, electronic orders, and invoices.
  • Strong focus on driving customer satisfaction.
