Sales & Order Administration Specialist - Temporary Parental Leave Coverage for 1.5-2 Years

Raytheon Technologies, a leading manufacturer of advanced technology systems for the aerospace and defense industries, is seeking a highly skilled Sales & Order Administration Specialist to join our team. As a Sales & Order Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our international commercial and military clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting international commercial and military clients with sales and order administration tasks
  • Creating standard proposals in English for clients
  • Entering customer orders into our SAP system
  • Monitoring delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Handling correspondence and phone calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Preparing complex SAP reports and analyzing data in Excel to inform business decisions
  • Leading projects and improvement initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Degree in Business or a related field, such as Supply Chain Management or Operations Research
  • Experience in customer service or sales administration, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Proficient in MS-Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English required, with additional languages a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP Module SD or similar enterprise resource planning systems
  • Experience with defense articles or aerospace industry products a plus
  • Customer-oriented, organized, and a team player with excellent communication skills
