We are in search of a dedicated and skilled User Experience Research Analyst to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in user experience research techniques and a genuine enthusiasm for deciphering user behavior. This position will entail executing user research, interpreting data, and delivering actionable insights to enhance our offerings.

Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research Execution: Strategically plan, design, and implement user research initiatives, including surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and field studies.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Insight Presentation: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with product and marketing teams to incorporate user insights into the product development lifecycle.
  • Ongoing Development: Remain informed about the latest user research methodologies and tools, continuously enhancing research practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related discipline.
  • Over 2 years of experience in user research or a comparable field.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., French, German) are advantageous.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical thinking, results-driven mindset, resilience under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Eligibility to work within the EU.
