Key Responsibilities- Design Leadership: Lead the design process for complex projects, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- User Research: Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.
- Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and drive user engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless handoffs and successful product launches.
- Design Execution: Create high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in design execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate design decisions and progress to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
- Experience: Several years of experience as a Digital Product Designer, with a proven track record of leading design initiatives and delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Skills: Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design systems. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- Language: Fluent in English and B1/B2 German, with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and effectively communicate design choices.
