About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless design execution.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Design and prototype digital products and services that meet customer needs and exceed business expectations.
  • Lead design initiatives and workstreams, guiding teams through the design process from concept to implementation.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including design systems, style guides, and design principles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design and user experience.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Digital Product Designer, with a proven track record of delivering successful design projects.
  • Experience in leading design initiatives and workstreams, with a strong understanding of design processes and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and B1/B2 German, with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and effectively communicate design choices to various audiences.

  • Experience in a startup environment, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and design thinking.
  • Experience in the media industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.
