Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Services Accountant to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Fund Services Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to our clients, including fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform fund accounting and financial reporting, including NAV calculations and CSSF/BCL reporting
  • Assist with the coordination of year-end audits and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare periodic tax and VAT returns and maintain relevant contact with the Luxembourg tax authorities and tax advisers
  • Act as a contact person between shareholders, investment managers, and custodian banks for resolution of any issues that may arise

Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, or Economics
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation
  • Knowledge of fund industry, valuation, accounting
  • Basic knowledge in accounting for investment products, ideally with fund-of-funds, single-manager funds, and private equity funds
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset)
  • Team spirit, capacity to build strong client relationships, and ability to take initiative
