Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Alternative NAV Calculation team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of net asset value calculations, as well as performing cash reconciliations and acting as the main point of contact for client portfolios.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of net asset value calculations
  • Perform cash reconciliations and maintain accurate records
  • Act as the main point of contact for client portfolios and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in the valuation process of underlying investments and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Oversee and review unaudited financial statements and annual reports of administered entities
  • Provide assistance with complex NAV queries and problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and fund auditors to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Contribute to year-end closings and fund events, including control and review of accounts and closing of accounts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
  • Experience in Fund Accounting, particularly in Alternative Funds
  • Strong understanding of Lux GAAP and accounting principles
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of GP3 is a plus
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent team work and communication skills
