Arendt Investor Services (AIS) is a leading provider of investor services, helping clients efficiently run the operational side of their business. Our team of experts provides an integrated suite of fund and corporate services, delivered to the highest market standards.

We are currently recruiting a Junior Officer – Corporate Governance to join our team. As a Junior Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with all aspects of company law and fund regulation. This will include organizing board meetings, coordinating shareholders' meetings, and reviewing fund documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with all aspects of company law and fund regulation;
  • Organize board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points;
  • Coordinate shareholders' meetings and draft resolutions;
  • Review fund documentation with critical analysis;
  • Work autonomously and with tight deadlines;
  • Maintain corporate files of own client base;
  • Liaise with the CSSF, notaries, lawyers, and banks;
  • Provide timely and quality delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in business administration, economics, law, or finance;
  • First experience in corporate governance or in a legal position with exposure to the fund industry;
  • Good understanding of Luxembourg fund industry (actors, laws, and regulations);
  • Fluent in English. Any other language would be considered as an asset;
  • Diligent and well-organized;
  • Good communication skills, can act proactively, and are team-oriented.
