Join Our Team as a Junior Officer - Corporate Governance

Arendt Investor Services (AIS) is a leading provider of investor services, offering a comprehensive range of fund and corporate services to clients worldwide. As a Junior Officer - Corporate Governance, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with all aspects of company law and fund regulation.

Your Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice on company law and fund regulation;
  • Organize board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points;
  • Coordinate shareholders' meetings and draft resolutions;
  • Review fund documentation with critical analysis;
  • Work autonomously and with tight deadlines;
  • Maintain corporate files of your client base;
  • Liaise with the CSSF, notaries, lawyers, and banks;
  • Provide timely and quality delivery of services to clients.
Your Profile:
  • You are a graduate in business administration, economics, law, or finance;
  • You have a first experience in corporate governance or in a legal position with exposure to the fund industry;
  • You have a good understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry (actors, laws, and regulations);
  • You are fluent in English. Any other language would be considered an asset;
  • You are diligent and well-organized;
  • You have good communication skills, can act proactively, and are team-oriented.
