Business Development Representative for SAP Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Fink IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building valuable business relationships, and supporting the management of our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify leads for SAP solutions and establish initial business contacts.
- Efficiently manage and maintain the sales pipeline, from initial contact to successful closure.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the Hubspot CRM system.
- Analyze the sales pipeline and create actionable reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies and increase lead generation.
- Relevant studies with a focus on sales and marketing or equivalent work experience in IT and software sales.
- Basic knowledge of the SAP ecosystem.
- Ideal: First-hand experience in selling SAP solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and sales metrics.
- Ideal: Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
- Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus (German minimum C1 level).
- Customer-oriented with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Results-driven with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Adaptability and a willingness to continuously learn and develop.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
