Kickstart Your Career in SAP Sales as a Business Development Representative

Are you passionate about business development and eager to make your mark in the dynamic world of SAP solutions? Fink IT-Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, a leading global IT consulting firm specializing in SAP and OpenText solutions, is seeking a motivated working student to join our team as a Business Development Representative.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams. This position serves as an excellent stepping stone towards becoming an accomplished SAP Sales Manager.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads for SAP solutions, establishing initial business contacts and building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to successful closure, ensuring smooth transitions and timely follow-ups.
  • Client Engagement: Plan and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up interactions with prospective clients, showcasing our solutions and building lasting relationships.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Meticulously maintain customer information and interactions within our Hubspot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze the sales pipeline and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, maximizing lead generation efforts and achieving shared goals.
Your Profile
  • Sales & Marketing Background: Possess a background in sales/marketing or relevant experience in IT/software sales.
  • SAP Ecosystem Knowledge: Demonstrate basic knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and its various solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong analytical skills for evaluating market data, sales metrics, and identifying trends.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, is highly advantageous.
  • Language Fluency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus (German at least C1 level).
  • Customer-Focused Approach: Be customer-focused with a dedication to building long-term relationships based on trust and value.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Possess a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
