Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be part of our Management Team and collaborate closely with our Front Office Manager and their deputy.
- In the absence of the Front Office Manager, you will be the primary contact for our international guests and your team, ensuring the smooth operation within the department.
- You will have the opportunity to apply your leadership experience practically by managing shifts independently and participating in relevant projects.
- You understand guest needs and strive to make their stay as memorable as possible.
- You enjoy sharing your expertise with your team and provide training to your colleagues, as well as conducting employee evaluations.
- You will assist our guests with all inquiries and concerns, always having the right answers at hand.
- Collaboratively with the team, you will work towards achieving departmental goals.
- You maintain composure in challenging situations and handle guest complaints with expertise, transforming negative experiences into positive memories.
Qualifications:
- You possess a completed vocational training in hospitality and several years of experience in a leadership role at the front office with corresponding employee responsibility and team management experience.
- You enjoy communicating in multiple languages - fluent in German and English.
- You present a professional appearance combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are comfortable working with computers, have good operational knowledge, are flexible, dedicated, and seek a new challenge.
