Business Development Associate

Home Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Business Development Associate to become a vital part of our client's team in the DACH region.
This engaging role focuses on scheduling appointments for the German Sales Director with organizations in the MedTech industry, offering a clear trajectory for career advancement into client-facing sales positions.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home, full-time opportunity within a rapidly expanding GmbH SaaS startup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with new organizations in the MedTech field.
- Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of their unique challenges and regulatory frameworks.
- Effectively showcasing and advocating for our client's innovative solutions.
- Generating high-quality leads and coordinating meetings for the German Sales Director.
- Following up with prospective clients to address any inquiries they may have.
- Providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Striving to continuously improve the sales conversion process.
- Utilizing CRM systems to enhance sales efficiency.
- Maintaining a customer-centric approach throughout the sales journey.
Qualifications:
- A demonstrated history in prospecting, telesales, and lead generation.
- Strong intellectual capacity, curiosity, and dedication to their role.
- The ability to comprehend customer needs and customize sales strategies accordingly.
- Flexibility to operate in a global environment, engaging with diverse cultures.
- Proficiency in various tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot or similar platforms like SalesForce.
- Fluent in German and English, with native-level proficiency in German.
