Key Responsibilities
- Assist global controlling process leaders with daily operations and project initiatives, particularly during month-end and quarter-end closing periods.
- Engage in internal projects aimed at refining and enhancing our controlling methodologies and systems.
- Document processes using Word, PowerPoint, and our internal knowledge platform.
- Exhibit a strong sense of accountability in executing operational tasks.
- Gain valuable insights into various controlling processes within the organization.
- Expected working hours: 8-16 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include economics or business administration with a concentration in finance or controlling.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- Intercultural experience is advantageous.
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual.
About Your Team
The CoE Controlling Governance team operates within the Global Controlling Organization, providing oversight on cost and revenue allocations across SAP to ensure compliance with management and legal standards.
