Key Responsibilities
- Assist global controlling process leaders with their daily operations and project tasks, particularly during month-end and quarter-end closing periods.
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at refining and enhancing our controlling processes and systems.
- Document our operational procedures using Word, PowerPoint, and our internal knowledge management platform.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability in executing operational tasks.
- Gain valuable insights into various controlling processes through this role.
- Expected working hours: 8-16 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred academic disciplines: economics or business administration with a concentration in finance or controlling.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- Intercultural experience is advantageous.
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual.
About Your Team
The CoE Controlling Governance team operates within the Global Controlling Organization. This team ensures governance over all aspects of cost and revenue allocation throughout SAP, maintaining management and legal compliance.
Your application should include a cover letter, a structured resume, academic certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcript, copies of any academic qualifications already obtained, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Additionally, please outline your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer software or programming languages.
