Key Responsibilities:

Criteo is on the lookout for a driven and seasoned professional to become part of the Enterprise Central Europe team as a Retail Media Sales Manager CEU, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. In this pivotal role, you will focus on expanding and securing media investments from brands and agencies for Criteo's offerings, particularly in collaboration with major advertising agencies and independent retail media firms.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Engaging closely with client contacts within your designated book of business to secure new opportunities and enhance the uptake of Criteo's solutions, which encompass both Retail Media and Marketing Solutions.
  • Proactively prospecting and presenting to client contacts to drive revenue growth within your portfolio.
  • Overseeing client relationships from initial engagement through to post-sales, with the aim of fostering long-term partnerships that lead to sustainable business.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Criteo's suite of solutions, articulating key performance indicators for campaigns to stimulate new business.
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for your client counterparts, building and maintaining a robust network within your book of business.
  • Achieving revenue growth targets aligned with Criteo's quarterly objectives.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the DACH and Central European brand and media agency landscape, alongside a solid grasp of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience in Retail Media or audience-targeted display campaigns in the open web, including retargeting and acquisition strategies.
  • Strong connections within the Big 6 agency groups and/or with brand advertisers and retail media agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively in complex scenarios.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Collaborative team player, working internally and externally to identify, present, and secure opportunities with new agency clients.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commitment to operating with integrity in all situations.
  • Fluency in German and English for business purposes.
