Brand Manager Professional Oral Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager Professional Oral Care to join our Colgate-Palmolive team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand growth plans for our professional oral care products, including meridol.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop holistic brand growth plans for meridol, leveraging behavioral data and people-centric insights to drive business results.
- Maintain an always-on media and marketing plan, sliced for defined segments and targets, and localize all professional assets for meridol.
- Ensure strong executional and detailing plans, driving brand recommendations at the dentist in collaboration with our Brand Manager POC.
- Participate in product management of all professional meridol products, including artwork creation, SKU management, and claims.
- Support the development of all educational materials and inputs for professional sales materials.
- Collaborate closely with Scientific Affairs, Sales, and our Digital Transformation team.
Requirements:
- College or University degree in Marketing or a related field.
- First work experience (1-2 years) in Brand Management, preferably in Consumer Goods & Healthcare Goods, OTC / OTX.
- Consumer & Profession focused: Works with agility and finds new ways through the use of digital tools and data to get closer to consumers and shoppers.
- Digital savvy: Experience with digital media to drive clear plans by media/channel across the people journey together with the specialists in the Digital Transformation team.

- Interpersonal & collaboration skills: First experience in cross-functional collaborations.
- Data analytics: Ability and financial knowledge to evaluate and digest complex business processes, identify insights and opportunities, and then capitalize and execute on learnings.
