Brand Manager Professional Oral Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a brand growth plan for our professional oral care products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand growth plan for our professional oral care products, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support the development of holistic brand growth plans, leveraging behavioral data and people-centric insights to drive business results.
- Maintain an always-on media and marketing plan, localized for defined segments and targets, to ensure strong executional and detailing plans.
- Collaborate with our Brand Manager POC to drive BRMO (brand recommendations) at the dentist level.
- Participate in product management for all professional oral care products, including artwork creation, SKU management, and claims.
- Support the development of educational materials and inputs for professional sales materials.
- Work closely with Scientific Affairs, Sales, and our Digital Transformation team to drive business results.
- College or University degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in Brand Management, preferably in Consumer Goods & Healthcare Goods, OTC / OTX. Experience in medical marketing & working with healthcare professionals is a plus.
- Ability to work with agility and find new ways to drive business results through the use of digital tools and data.
- Experience with digital media to drive clear plans by media/channel across the people journey.
- Champions new initiatives and experimentation, and is able to adapt to changing business needs.
- First experience in cross-functional collaborations.
- Ability to evaluate complex business processes, identify insights and opportunities, and capitalize on learnings.
