Position Overview
Role Summary
We are seeking a hybrid Consulting Senior Manager/Director with a strong background in growth strategies, loyalty initiatives, and promotional campaigns to enhance our consulting practice in Germany. If you have a passion for developing growth strategies and are eager to assist clients in innovating methods to boost demand, improve profit margins, and discover new revenue opportunities, this role may be an excellent fit for you.This position offers a unique chance to design advanced loyalty and membership programs, promotional strategies, and subscription models, collaborating with top-tier engineering, digital innovation, and design teams to shape product vision. As a Consulting Director, you will be instrumental in influencing the products of our clients, impacting millions globally.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor on growth strategies at the intersection of loyalty initiatives, promotional tactics, membership experiences, and subscription frameworks. Work alongside cross-functional teams (including data analytics, experience design, digital product development, and project delivery) to implement technology-driven transformation projects across various sectors. Equip account managers and sales teams with the necessary knowledge, resources, and support to pursue opportunities with clients and prospects. Evaluate client opportunities, respond to RFPs, develop proposals and presentations, establish senior-level relationships with clients, and assist in closing new contracts. Define and scope consulting engagements, establish optimal operational models, and lead the transition from sales to delivery phases. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as with external and internal partners, to maximize growth within our consumer industry portfolios.Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge in one or more areas of loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, and subscription/recurring business models. Extensive industry experience in cutting-edge, digital, and innovative technology across various sectors (Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality). Proven experience in leadership roles or equivalent positions within a recognized consulting firm. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Willingness to lead teams and contribute to the growth of a scaling practice. Demonstrated ability to manage client consulting projects and oversee digital innovation transformation programs to successful completion. Solid business acumen, strategic thinking, numerical proficiency, negotiation skills, and a commitment to diversity. Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language skills are a plus but not mandatory). Ability to travel as required.Benefits
