Position Overview
Role Summary
We are seeking a hybrid Senior Consulting Manager/Director with a strong background in growth strategies, loyalty programs, and promotional initiatives to enhance our operations in Germany. As a Consulting Director, you will be instrumental in crafting products that significantly influence the lives of millions globally.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted consultant on growth strategies, focusing on loyalty programs, promotional tactics, membership experiences, and subscription frameworks. Partner with cross-functional teams (including data analytics, experience design, digital product management, and delivery) to execute technology-driven transformation projects across diverse sectors. Provide account managers and sales teams with the necessary knowledge, resources, and support to pursue opportunities with clients and prospects. Evaluate client opportunities, generate and respond to RFPs, create proposals and presentations, establish senior-level relationships with clients, and facilitate the closing of new deals. Define and outline consulting engagements, establish optimal operational frameworks, and lead the transition from sales to delivery phases. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, as well as with external and internal partners, to maximize growth within our consumer industry portfolios.Qualifications
In-depth knowledge in areas such as loyalty/membership, pricing/promotions, and subscription/recurring business models. Extensive industry experience in innovative, digital technology across various sectors (Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality). Proven experience in leadership roles or equivalent positions within a recognized consulting firm. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. A commitment to leading teams and contributing to the growth of a scalable practice. Demonstrated capability in managing client consulting projects and overseeing digital innovation transformation initiatives to successful completion. Solid business acumen, commercial and strategic insight, numerical proficiency, negotiation skills, and a commitment to diversity. Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language skills are a plus but not mandatory). Willingness to travel as necessary.Benefits
