A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Manager of Parts Excellence, you will be immersed in a collaborative team environment that emphasizes innovation and ongoing enhancement. Your role encompasses establishing complete visibility of the existing parts workflow, which includes pricing and execution, by leveraging key performance indicators and dashboards. You will also gather and refine concepts aimed at advancing and broadening the parts business. Furthermore, you will coordinate and prioritize these initiatives with pertinent process owners and stakeholders to pinpoint specific projects, executing and implementing them across the organization. You will assist process owners during the implementation phase and refine pricing and costing frameworks to enhance cycle times and efficiency within the parts quoting workflow. To ensure uniformity in process development across various service regions, you will drive the standardization of the parts process and support the service management team. Embracing a digital mindset and deploying digital solutions across all business operations will be crucial for boosting speed and efficiency. Collaborate with your team to elevate the parts business by enhancing speed, reliability, and efficiency, ultimately resulting in improved customer satisfaction.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the team and partner with Service Regions to enhance the parts business End2End.
  • Formulate and execute an improvement roadmap throughout the entire parts value chain.
  • Drive and facilitate effective change management.
  • Define the future process landscape and implement process transformation, including system adoption, methodologies, and tools.

What You Bring

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering discipline or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CP or a comparable environment.
  • Leadership skills to ensure a motivated and focused team.
  • Extensive experience in process enhancement and project execution.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication abilities and the capacity to cultivate effective working relationships (internal and external).
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • A passionate, creative approach and a purpose-driven attitude.
