Key Responsibilities

  • As the Manager of Parts Excellence, you will foster a collaborative team environment that emphasizes innovation and ongoing enhancement.
  • Your role will involve establishing comprehensive visibility into the current parts processes, including quoting and execution, utilizing key performance indicators and dashboards.
  • You will gather and refine concepts aimed at improving and expanding the parts business, aligning these initiatives with relevant stakeholders to pinpoint specific projects.
  • You will oversee the execution of projects across the organization, providing support to process owners during implementation.
  • Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and enhancing pricing and costing models to boost efficiency within the parts quoting process.
  • To ensure uniformity in process development across various service regions, you will drive the standardization of parts processes and assist the service management team.
  • Embracing a digital mindset, you will advocate for the adoption of digital solutions throughout all business operations to enhance speed and efficiency.

Impact on the Organization

  • Lead the team and collaborate with service regions to enhance the parts business from end to end.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for improvement across the entire parts value chain.
  • Facilitate effective change management initiatives.
  • Define the future process landscape and implement transformational processes, including system integration, methodologies, and tools.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering discipline or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Proven leadership skills to maintain a motivated and focused team.
  • Extensive experience in process enhancement and project management.
  • A proactive, analytical, and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong working relationships.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A passionate, creative mindset with a purpose-driven approach.
