Primary Responsibilities

  • Organize and supervise the Accounting Team for Holdings and Central Functions
  • Ensure adherence to German and international accounting regulations (IFRS)
  • Manage reporting within the global corporate framework
  • Continuously improve systems and processes
  • Comply with legal standards and internal policies
  • Execute internal controls
  • Address accounting and financial inquiries
  • Collaborate with finance teams and business units
  • Familiarity with Oracle HFM and Tagetik is a plus
  • Oversee financial reporting packages and liaise with auditors
Required Qualifications

  • Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting or equivalent credentials
  • Proficiency in accounting standards, financial reporting, and team leadership
  • Understanding of tax and corporate legislation, currency, and interest hedging
  • Expertise in SAP FICO and other relevant modules
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities in both German and English
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • Openness to working in a multinational environment

Location:
Options available in Düsseldorf or Hagen (relocating to Dortmund in November)
