The Flussbad Campus

Our new emerging home for adventurous culture and ideas in Berlin is a hub for creative expression, innovation, and community engagement. The campus encompasses exhibition spaces, gastronomy, creative studios, workspaces, holistic health offerings, and a semi-subterranean performance space inspired by ancient temples.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented F&B Operations Assistant to support our F&B Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. You will collaborate with our F&B team to ensure smooth operations, assist in planning and executing special events, and develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events, including menu development and coordination.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Operations teams on various projects and initiatives to improve overall F&B performance at Flussbad.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a deep knowledge of and genuine interest in trends within the hospitality world. You should identify with the principles and ethos of Slowness and be energetic and detail-oriented, with a passion for culture, design, hospitality, and travel. You will contribute to a working environment that is respectful, team-oriented, and open to dialogue. Your communication skills in English (written and spoken) should be excellent. Your internship should be mandatory as part of your studies/university program.
