Flink Operations Assistant

Flink is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Payroll and Workforce Management: Perform weekly payroll and workforce management tasks, seeking opportunities to automate manual processes.
- Documentation: Assist in documenting optimized processes, including drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize projects effectively.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, with Google Sheets skills required and SQL knowledge valued.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
