Your Contributions:

  • Become a vital part of our Turnkey Business Unit, responsible for securing and executing our most significant, intricate, and interdisciplinary projects worldwide.
  • In this newly established global role, you will be tasked with defining standards, consolidating and managing expertise, and ensuring optimal staffing across sales, bidding, and project execution.
  • Lead a global team with diverse expertise in areas such as scheduling, document management, competency development, and partnerships.
  • Report directly to the CEO of the Business Unit, overseeing a team of approximately 50 professionals.
  • Strategically plan bid and project management resources, prioritize initiatives, and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Enhance the bid preparation process and support the entire project lifecycle by refining organizational structures, processes, and personnel development.
  • Foster the sharing of best practices and ensure that lessons learned are accessible across business units.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in engineering or management is required.
  • Extensive experience in project management, bid management, or sales, with a profound understanding of the interconnections between various project functions.
  • A background in industries characterized by complex projects, such as aviation or rail, is essential.
  • Proven experience in the technical and managerial oversight of larger teams, with a strong emphasis on long-term management.
  • Familiarity with international project environments and intercultural dynamics is crucial.
  • Experience in consulting settings is advantageous.
  • For this global role, proficiency in English and a willingness to travel (approximately 20%) are necessary.
