About the Role
At Amazon, we serve over 300 million customers who shop at our store. Our platform allows third-party sellers to reach a vast audience, contributing significantly to our sales. To further enhance our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) services, we are seeking a
Strategic Account & Program Manager FBA in a key role focused on our FBA Zero Waste initiative. This position is crucial for developing alternative solutions, such as donations for Selling Partners, and for launching new FBA pilots aimed at improving the Seller Experience during the inbound process to our Fulfillment Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with selected Selling Partners to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Establish a robust project management framework and monitor progress through mechanisms like Weekly Business Meetings.
- Lead a team of Account Managers to ensure swift and scalable operations.
- Conduct in-depth analyses using internal Amazon data and engage with Selling Partners and external stakeholders to uncover insights and design impactful solutions.
- Manage the pilot phase of solutions comprehensively, serving as the primary contact for customers to facilitate rapid learning and adaptation.
- Drive the scaling of prioritized solutions and create training materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist senior leadership in preparing budgets and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nurturing customer relationships and expanding understanding of their business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Several years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within technology, internet, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to senior audiences.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in leading business analysis, process improvements, and data interpretation at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across various domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
- A solid background in product or program management with several years of relevant experience.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in positioning and selling innovative solutions to customers.
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
