Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for all internal departments regarding material and production planning
- Facilitate regular sales, inventory, and operations planning meetings
- Oversee the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) process
- Ensure targets for Days Inventory on Hand (DIO) are met
- Support communication and escalation processes with stakeholders
- Plan and optimize the flow of materials and information
- Collaborate with suppliers to address shipping and delivery challenges
- Monitor key performance indicators and establish objectives for material planning
- Manage complaint resolution and enhance customer focus
- Maintain ERP master data related to planning and order management
Your Profile
- Degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field with a focus on production
- Proven experience in supply chain management
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm for process improvement and a proactive approach
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data
- Ability to drive change and thrive in dynamic environments
- Confident communicator with prioritization skills
