Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead our firm into its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure efficiency and profitability across all aspects of the firm's operations.
  • Lead International Marketing Efforts: Expand into new markets and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Align with our global business objectives.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Enhance the firm's growth through partnerships and collaborations.
  • Oversee Financial Performance: Ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Manage Budgets and Forecasts: Support business growth through effective financial planning.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to financial regulations and best practices across all markets.
  • Lead and Motivate a Diverse Team: Foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Set Performance Goals and Objectives: Guide the team to achieve them.
  • Attract and Retain Top Talent: Build a high-performing team.
  • Maintain and Enhance Relationships: With key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Ensure High Levels of Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Develop Strategies for Client Acquisition and Retention: Across international markets.
Requirements
  • A strong background in the financial industry, with a deep understanding of the prop trading sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a director-level or equivalent senior leadership role, preferably within a prop trading firm, brokerage, or financial services company.
  • Proven experience in international marketing and business development, with a track record of successful market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets, trends, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
  • Highly motivated with a strong ability to drive results and get things done.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies effectively.
