Role Overview
As the Chief Operations Executive, you will be instrumental in defining our operational strategies and ensuring their effective execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the daily operations of the organization
  • Supervise financial and accounting functions
  • Develop and execute business strategies and operational procedures
  • Manage and evaluate quarterly goal setting and performance
  • Establish policies that foster company culture and vision
  • Inspire employees to achieve peak performance and commitment
  • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure organizational vitality
  • Act as the Functional Team Lead for the commercial division
Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in comparable roles within a startup or small enterprise
  • Proven success in scaling a SaaS business, preferably in a B2B context
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication abilities and a relentless drive for success
  • Proactive and insightful personality, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving effective outcomes
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
