Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is a key finance professional responsible for providing accurate financial control and business acumen to the C-Suite at Teraki. This role requires a high level of financial expertise and the ability to work closely with a highly experienced C-level team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver month-end reporting packs to external accounting service providers, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
- Manage bank reconciliations for all accounts and credit cards, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external accounting and tax specialists, providing expert financial guidance and support.
- Maintain up-to-date financial and cash-flow models, ensuring accurate forecasting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop complex financial models, driving business growth and decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring timely tax payments and credit receipts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure all payments and receipts are made in accordance with contracts, maintaining a high level of financial discipline.
- Maintain accurate and organized files and documentation, adhering to company policy and accepted accounting practices.
- 2+ years of experience in a finance team with similar responsibilities.
- University or college courses in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide expert guidance.
- Experience with Datev is a plus, but not essential.
- A strong work ethic, with a high level of organization and self-motivation.
- Detail-oriented, with a professional attitude and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
