RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary focus will be to assist in the change and business enablement initiatives through change and communication activities, as part of the NextGenCRM project. This project involves the implementation of a new CRM platform for SAPHIR's B2B business units and sales and service organizations globally. It is a crucial component of the broader SAPHIR Key Group Program 'Shaping Customer Excellence' which supports the execution of an essential aspect of our corporate strategy.
- Develop and oversee the Change Management strategy for NextGenCRM
- Enhance and manage the Communication strategy for NextGenCRM
- Create engaging content to raise awareness and facilitate CRM user enablement
- Organize, facilitate, and manage regular meetings with various stakeholders
- Coordinate end-user communication activities with Sales & Service Teams
- Develop storyboards for video content creation
- Manage collaboration with strategy and content agencies
- Design activities that demonstrate the benefits of CRM to users
- Oversee Community Management for the NextGenCRM Network
- Support user experience and enablement across the global SAPHIR Group
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Initial experience in crafting and delivering targeted content
- Passion for content creation, including text, images, and videos
- Creative and adaptable, willing to explore innovative communication methods
- Strong project management capabilities
- Proficient in MS 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Hands-on approach with a solution-oriented and creative mindset
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken
STUDY PROGRAM
Are you excited about applying seminar content directly in a practical context and actively shaping the future of organizations? With your master's degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can achieve both: During your two-year job-integrated master's program, you will be assigned to organizations and implement beneficial projects for them. Alongside your regular responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to influence corporate and personal development through these initiatives.
In conjunction with this job opportunity, you can pursue the SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.Sc./MBA, or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership. All programs offer various additional MBA options, as well as opportunities for intensive networking and the ability to shape the seminar format.
