- Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Ticketsystem, einschließlich Fehleranalyse und Erarbeitung von Erstlösungen
- Dispatchen von Anfragen an den 2nd Level Support
- Pflege und Dokumentation in der Wissensdatenbank
- Installation von Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen im Rahmen des Ersteinrichtungsservice
- Mitarbeit im IT-Support-Desk und Unterstützung im Bereich IT-Arbeitsplatzbereitstellung
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (Fachrichtung Systemintegration oder vergleichbar, auch IT-Systemelektroniker)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Windows und Microsoft Office
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und Fernwartungssoftware
- Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mindestens auf dem Niveau C
- Wünschenswert: Client-Management mit Baramundi
