About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst (m/w/d) to join our team at DEW Specialty Steel Siegen. As a key member of our Process IT department, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to improve process efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop process improvements
  • Design and implement process changes to improve productivity and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse von Datenbanken insbes. Oracle, MSSQL und anderen relationalen Datenbanken
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse verschiedener Programmiersprache
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
  • Motivation und Bestreben, unter Kenntnis aktueller Technologien, die bestmögliche Lösung für den Betrieb zu finden
  • Kenntnisse über das Change Management
