Position Overview

As a key member of the Global Human Resources Division at Munich Re, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our reward functions. We are seeking a dedicated rewards professional to join our Global Rewards & People Analytics Team during a transformative period, where your expertise will help shape the future of our compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of global reward initiatives while managing multiple projects and prioritizing essential tasks.
  • Develop reward analytics capabilities by collecting data, analyzing insights, and presenting findings through dashboards and presentations.
  • Support compliance assessments by ensuring adherence to regulatory remuneration standards, global HR policies, and established guidelines.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and gather information across the organization as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various regions, time zones, and organizational structures.
  • Monitor trends in the rewards sector by analyzing market developments, new regulations, and relevant research.
  • Contribute to the evolution of your role by providing insights and feedback.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in Rewards within a multinational corporation or consulting environment.
  • Proven expertise in international and cross-regional reward processes across core reward activities.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated commitment, precision, and dependability.
  • Confident and persuasive with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Educational background in business management, economics, or law.
