Position: Sales Manager for the EMEA Region
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing essential accounts across the EMEA region;
- Work closely with Procurement and R&D teams to establish appropriate products and terms;
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product introductions;
- Design and implement business strategies, including comprehensive market assessments;
- Oversee sales forecasts, manage orders, and generate detailed sales reports;
- Facilitate cross-business unit accounts and encourage cross-selling initiatives.
- Familiarity with EC Fans, Industrial HVAC, and ventilation systems;
- Degree in electrical engineering or a related field;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ODM/OEM sales;
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts;
- Capability to engage in technical and commercial discussions with international partners;
- Strong self-motivation and results-oriented approach;
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous;
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region and occasionally to Asia.
