Chief of Staff HR Lead

The Chief of Staff HR is a key member of the HR team, providing strategic support to the CHRO in various projects and daily operations. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives and goals, ensuring successful execution and alignment with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Project Management:

  • Manage and monitor global HR projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project owners.
  • Develop and implement project management tools and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support project owners in achieving project goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings, workshops, and townhall events to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Supporting the HR Transformation:

  • Support the CHRO in the HR transformation, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
  • Collaborate with the HR Enablement team to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in large international complex companies.
  • Certified project manager, with experience in managing complex HR projects across multiple countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to motivate team members and lead to results in a virtual international environment.
