Chief of Staff HR Lead

The Chief of Staff HR is a key member of the HR team, providing strategic support to the CHRO in various projects and daily operations. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives and goals, ensuring successful execution and alignment with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor global HR projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project owners.
  • Develop and implement HR project management processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support project owners in achieving project goals, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Prepare and facilitate HR SteerCo and HRLT meetings, ensuring transparent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Set quality standards for project management, implementing best practices and tools.
  • Coordinate with other departments, serving as a central point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Prepare and monitor the HR budget, excluding workforce budget.
  • Coordinate Townhall meetings and HR Management Team meetings.

Supporting HR Transformation:

  • Support the CHRO in HR transformation initiatives, working closely with the HR Enablement team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive HR transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in large international companies.
  • Certified project manager, with SAP SuccessFactors experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to motivate team members and lead to results in a virtual international environment.
  • Process-driven and data-oriented, with analytical working style.
