Chief of Staff HR Lead

The Chief of Staff HR is a key member of the HR team, providing strategic support to the CHRO in various projects and daily operations. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives and goals, ensuring successful execution and alignment with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Project Management:

  • Manage and monitor global HR projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project owners.
  • Develop and implement project management tools and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support project owners in achieving project goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committees to drive project progress.
  • Ensure transparent communication across HR and key stakeholders.
  • Set new quality standards in project management and implement best practices.

Supporting the HR Transformation:

  • Support the CHRO in the HR transformation, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
  • Collaborate with the HR Enablement team to drive HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience in large international companies.
  • Certified project manager is mandatory; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Experience in managing complex HR projects across multiple countries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process-driven and data-oriented analytical working style.
