Deine Aufgaben- Die Vorbereitung von Vertragsverhandlungen durch die Zusammenfassung von wichtigen Informationen und der Analyse von Vertragsbedingungen.
- Die Pflege einer zentralen Vertragsdatenbank und die Analyse von Verträgen, um Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
- Die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Experten und Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kunden optimal unterstützt werden.
- Die Unterstützung bei der Risikoidentifizierung und der Ableitung von Maßnahmen, um unsere Kunden vor möglichen Risiken zu schützen.
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Berufserfahrung in einer zentralen Rechtsabteilung oder im Contract Management.
- Ein sehr gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und prozessuale Zusammenhänge sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erkennen.
- Die Fähigkeit, verhandlungssicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache zu kommunizieren.
